- Conversation Content: The messages, queries, and other content you submit during interactions with AI Advisors.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information such as credit card details (processed securely through our payment processor).
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, actions taken, time spent, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Information about your device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Log Data: Server logs that record information about your interactions with the Service.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information and improve the Service. See Section 7 for more details.

- Transmit your queries to Third-Party AI Services for processing and response generation

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse

- Display advertisements (for free tier users)
3. Sharing of Information with Third-Party AI Services
3.1 Third-Party AI Providers

To provide the AI-powered advisory features of the Service, we transmit your conversation content, queries, and relevant business context to third-party AI service providers.

3.2 Infrastructure and Data Storage
Your data is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. AWS provides the cloud computing services that host our application, databases, and related systems. Data may be stored in AWS data centers located in the United States. For information about AWS's security practices and certifications, please visit aws.amazon.com/privacy. AWS acts as a subprocessor of your data, and we maintain a Data Processing Agreement with AWS to ensure appropriate safeguards for your information.
3.3 How Third-Party AI Services Process Your Data
When you use the Service, your conversation content and relevant context may be:
- Processed by the AI provider's systems to generate responses;
- Temporarily retained by the AI provider for abuse monitoring and safety purposes (typically for 30 days or as specified in their policies);
- Subject to the AI provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.
We use API access with data processing agreements where available to help protect your privacy. We have opted out of allowing our API data to be used for model training where such options are provided by the AI providers.
3.4 Your Acknowledgment
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT TO THE TRANSMISSION OF YOUR DATA TO THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE PROVIDERS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION. If you do not consent to this data sharing, you should not use the Service.
4. Other Sharing of Information
In addition to sharing with Third-Party AI Services, we may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Companies that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, and marketing. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.
- Cloud Storage Providers: If you use our Output feature to save content to Google Drive, OneDrive, or other connected services, your content will be shared with those providers.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Protection of Rights: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
- With Your Consent: When you have given us permission to share your information.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Conversation history is retained to enable continuity in your advisory sessions but may be deleted upon request (subject to technical and legal limitations).
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
7.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: Required for the operation of the Service, including authentication and security.

SoloBoard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9.2 Data Portability
You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
9.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by adjusting your account settings.
9.5 Do Not Track
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence. We take steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
